Description of the equipment:
Features of our buckets:
The bucket can even be physically unprepared and without the experience of finishing works a worker. The bucket, with guaranteed quality (bucket base - matrix production) weighs only 1.55 kg, which means that the fatigue of the worker will be less during the work day.
The reinforced air valve from brass (and not from silumin) will not fail and will not allow air to pass after repeated pressing
Smooth bunker without roughness - made of hot-galvanized metal will last longer in corrosive environments causing corrosion, as well as easy to clean after a change
All clearances and distances of the nozzles are exhibited immediately during production in accordance with the extraction of the maximum efficiency necessary for the prompt performance of the plastering work on the site
Specialists who deal with construction work, faced with the situation when it is necessary in a short time to apply a large number of concrete mixes, plasters, cement mortars, etc. Manually this work is a very time-consuming and far from profitable process, and a shovel hopper bucket ) Can significantly simplify the task - mobile, easy to move. Using such a tool, any unskilled worker can make all manipulations in the best possible form in a shorter period of time.
This technology for coating the walls, ceilings, facade of the building is carried out through a compressor with constant pressure. Advantages of this tool:
• Work with the bucket is available to any person, there is no need in the qualification and knowledge of a professional. One worker can plaster from 30 to 60 square meters. Meters up to 3 cm per hour.
• Time for plastering is reduced by 3-4 times.
• The impact strength of the mixture on the surface is much higher than when applied manually, so the quality of the applied concrete increases. The best adhesion of solutions to walls and ceiling is provided.
No special requirements for the applied solutions
It is allowed to use any additives and fibers, due to the exit nozzles in 20 mm
• Thanks to this plastering technology, the consumption of the mixture is significantly reduced for two reasons:
1. Thin layer
2. Reduction of material costs on waste.
(After each use, the hopper ladle must be cleaned of the solution by blowing the nozzles with compressed air, rinsing with water, drying.)
Do not operate the device at a pressure above 6 atmospheres to avoid accidents.
The bucket of the device consists of a steel container, where the solution for applying to walls is placed. In the container there are 4 nozzles in front for the solution supply, for the air outlet. Also the device is equipped with a tube-holder with a non-slip coating, which also serves for supplying compressed air, a check valve for compressed air, and a connector.
To maintain the pressure of compressed air within 3-6 atmospheres, a compressor with a minimum of 3 l / s, a hose (25 meters, a diameter of 13 mm) and a pressure level regulator for compressed air coming from the compressor are necessary. To ensure the application of an even layer of the solution, a pressure of 4 atm should be maintained, but it is possible to increase the pressure to 6 atm to compensate for air losses during hose feeding.
The distance between the bucket and the wall when applying the mortar should be 5-10 cm, the distance can be reduced to 2-3 cm to obtain the optimum thickness of the layer and to prevent the formation of voids in the deposited layer.
For spray application (direct application of the mortar to the wall in small amounts to create a supporting base for further application), it is necessary to remove the ladle sufficiently from the wall and quickly apply the required amount of solution, increasing the pressure as necessary.
